Centering

$0.00

Description

This practice helps us find a more centred and relaxed state that allows us to be most efficiently prepared for action. The best way to perform it is daily so that the body and the nervous system can learn over time to enter this state more easily.

I learned Centering from Paul Linden, an Aikido teacher and specialist in Peacemaking. His approach is based on helping his clients find a balance of Power and Love, because he says that Love without Power leads us to be victims and Power without Love leads us to be aggressors.

The practice of Centering helps us achieve this balance from within the body.
