Trauma resources

Understanding trauma has sparked a revolution. It has affected psychology, therapy, and other helping professions. It was once believed that infants can’t feel pain. And, that soldiers’ struggles were purely internal, not from combat. We’ve evolved to recognize that big events can leave marks on the nervous system. They shape behaviour, emotions, beliefs, and well-being.

Crucially, we now understand the mechanisms that can guide us in healing existing traumas. Or, at the very least, what safeguards against retraumatization. My mission is two-fold. I want to share the understanding I gained with fellow professionals. And provide accessible resources to individuals building their resilience and well-being.

By sharing this knowledge, I aim to contribute to a world where trauma is understood, minimized, and transformed into opportunity for change and peaceful cooperation.

Here are some audio guided practices aimed at promoting a calm and tranquil state, in other words, regulating the nervous system. Each of them aims to achieve similar results, yet there is nothing that would suit everyone perfectly. Therefore, try different practices and choose one or two for regular training. These are indeed practices, so they work best when applied (almost) every day. In the documents you will find instructions related to all of these practices. Please read it before trying them out.
