La supervisi\u00f3n tiene un papel vital en el mantenimiento de una pr\u00e1ctica psicoterap\u00e9utica \u00e9tica, saludable y exitosa. Inicialmente suele ser un requisito al aprender un enfoque terap\u00e9utico particular, pero m\u00e1s adelante evoluciona hacia una necesidad propia del terapeuta. Al menos esa fue mi propia experiencia.<\/p>\r\n

La supervisi\u00f3n ofrece perspectivas frescas, direcciones y soluciones nuevas, act\u00faa como una comprobaci\u00f3n de seguridad y brinda un espacio de apoyo y alivio para los casos que en ocasiones pueden resultar abrumadores. Por ejemplo, un a\u00f1o de supervisi\u00f3n con un especialista en adicciones y adolescencia (\u00e1mbitos en los que no tengo formaci\u00f3n especializada) sigue enriqueciendo mi pr\u00e1ctica hasta el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\r\n
